Bathrooms are always something that potential home buyers consider when they are purchasing a new home and good way to add value to a bathroom is by installing a good exhaust fan. There are decent brands out on the market such as Nutone, Broan and others but I’m a bit partial to a series of fans made by Panasonic. They have the taken the loud obnoxious bathroom exhaust fan and have put a fan on the market that is remarkably quiet, I mean you would virtually need bionic ears to hear this thing, I’m exaggerating of coarse but none the less they are really, really quiet.
Installation of these products would need to be done by a licensed electrician as there will be wiring and conduit piping involved. If you are planning on replacing an existing fan then brace yourself for a some drywall work as well.
